Solusi Jalur Lampu LCD Motorola XT1032-XT1033

Kemarin datang user dengan keluhan handphone bilangnya habis kena air mati, sudah dibawa ke tuser sebelah tp ga done. Setelah cek ternyata mesin hidup, kecurigaan ada pada lampu lcd mati. Benar saja dengan sedikit sorotan lampu terlihat gambarnya. Nego harga dengan yang empunya HP deal dan bongkar.

Begitu dibongkar kondisi sudah bekas flux hampir di semua bagian mesin, dan kaleng sudah terbuka semua. Langkah pertama saya bersihin mesin dari bekas flux, sambil googling cari skemanya dan alhamdulillah nemu.

Coba amati kondisi komponen ternyata ada yang mencurigakan pada Diodanya, tidak menunggu lama langsung saja buka skema. Benar saja ternyata dioda jalur VLED + yang gosong. Coba ganti dari bangkaian pertama hasil nihil, meskipun keluar tegangan 15v. Penasaran ganti lagi dengan dioda dari mesin lain dengan sedikit modifikasi kemudian ukur sudah keluar 35v. Langsung saja pasang lcd nyalain dan lampunya terang lagi..
